Medium
flat basket arrangement |
When Eric
was working in Fort Lauderdale, he brought me fresh roses every Friday.
Rather than throw them away when they wilted, I dried
them
and
created
custom flower
baskets
and wreaths for
my friends,
family and myself. Before giving each creation away, I snapped a
picture and posted it on this page. These beautiful arrangements
each
took a few
weeks to make, but can last for years! The colors
fade and the flowers become brittle over time, but the beauty remains.
I always figured this was so much better than simply discarding
roses (and other plant materials) after they had "died."
