Halloween 2002

This year we had a very busy Halloween schedule. First, we went to a 10 a.m. Halloween party at the gym (sponsored by our "Step & Stroll" fitness instructor). Then, we met daddy for lunch. At 4 p.m., we went to a Halloween party for our playgroup and did some trick-or-treating. At 6:30 p.m., we arrived home, quickly decorated our front door, and then served candy to trick-or-treaters for a few hours.

Nancy and Caitlyn joined us at the gym party! Caitlyn was a duck.

Jason was a baseball player.

Leah did not complain about wearing her costume to the playgroup party. Here she is with Donovan-the-Pooh.

Leah was unhappy about her princess costume in the morning, so we set it aside for later. In a pinch, we dressed her in an orange and yellow tie-die outfit with bandana. She liked it.

At the gym party, we drank water, ate cookies, danced and sang. We did Ring-Around-the-Rosie, the Hokie Pokie, and the Itsy-Bitsy Spider!

Here, Leah the bumble bee plays with Leah the princess. At the party, the kids watched the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown and Sesame Street, ate snacks and played with toys.

We gave out M&M's and Snicker Bars.
