Yoga Formats Taught Weekly:
- Hatha Flow Yoga is a multi-level yoga fitness class for healthy teens and adults.
- Kid Yoga is flow yoga for kids ages 5-12. It includes circle-time, pose practice, breath work, non-competitive games and right-brain-left-brain activities. Yoga classes for younger children available by request.
Yoga Formats Taught by Request:
- Prenatal Yoga provides safe modifications for pregnancy. Props may include steps, benches, blocks and straps.
- Senior Yoga is yoga modified for seniors with props (chairs, walls, straps, blocks).
- Family Yoga is a playful parent-child yoga class that includes circle-time, pose practice, breath work, non-competitive games and right-brain-left-brain activities. Formats for families with kids ages 0-3, 3-6 and 6-12.
- Hatha Yoga is a slow variation of our Hatha Flow practice. After our warm-up, we hold poses to strengthen, stretch and restore. We limit aerobic movement. Our music is dreamy and slow.
